To overcome the disadvantages which conclude the bigger zero-drift, the shorter periods to maintenance and the higher cost to maintenance of the analogous methane detection system for miner' lamp, a kind of intelligent methane detection system for miner' lamp is developed by technologies of computer, electron, sensor, signal process etc. The system is made up of by electrocircuits of single chip microcontroller (SCM), testing, amplifier, annunciator and so on. Leading functions of this system include data acquisition of methane thickness, the control of alarm zero-drift and compensation of sensor's non-linearity.In the side of hardware, the power supply circuit, amplifier circuit and SCM system are design. By using the AD620 (operational amplifier for apparatus), restrain the noise effectively. By choosing the ATMEGA8L (SCM), not only reduces the complexity of the circuit and the power consumption, but also realizes digital and intelligentization. By using the technology of four-layer printed board, not only reduces the volume, but enhances the ability of anti-interference.In the side of software, the subprograms of the filter, the automatic zero adjustment and non-linearity compensation for the senor are developed. The Signal-to-Noise is improved by developing soft filter. The method of sensor's automatic zero adjustment is presented, the zero-drift is controlled and testing veracity is improved. The alarm reliability is enhanced by using the method of linear interpolation.By testing at laboratory and running at workshop,the system has strong points of small volume, low consume,easy maintenance,strong ability of data processing and anti-interference, as well as high...
