The extensive application of The Numerical Control Bend Pipe machine is the important machining equip, such as automobile, appliance, light industry, aerospace and hot motive...etc. The common Bend Pipe process methods and Bend Pipe Equipments is introduced, and the actuality and developing trend of Bend Pipe machine at home and aboard is analyzed in this paper. The detailed analysis and elucidation to the work principle is carried on for the new designed STAR-03W Numerical Control Pipe Bend. To Numerical Control Bend Pipe machine's performance parts, transmission parts and motor parts, the more detailed introduction is made, and the introduction to the choice of some parts of the parts material is made. The important parameters to the force are also calculated. Mechanical design software is PRO / E. For going deep into understanding the rationality of the design structure of the Numerical Control Bend Pipe machine and controlling its action process more accurately, The machine action really imitate is carried on, aimed at product line of the Bend Pipe machine.The STAR-03W CNC system's hardware and software systems is designed in this paper. In terms of hardware, the components of hardware system are introduced, and various parts of the structural features, design and the choice of components are given a more detailed description. In terms of software, on the basis of research of Bend Pipe machine's principle and Numerical Control system, by analyzing Bend Pipe technics and adopting Object Oriented programming technology, Numerical Control system of Numerical Control Bend Pipe machine based on the Industry PC and Microsoft Windows 98 system is designed and developed in this paper. Further more, a resolvent for real-time Numerical Control system developed is offered based on WINDOWS 98 platform.The two key technologies of the Bend Pipe machine are discussed: the two problems of resilience of the bend pipe and small R bending pipe. The tube bending rebound and elongation of the law are introduced, and the tube bending rebound compensation and the precise material handling methods are detailed in this paper. The whole design begins from the part, fixing attention on in the overall situation, in consideration of environmental protection, economy and productivity.
