Research And Development Of Numerical Control Bend Pipe Machine

This paper introduces the common Bend Pipe process methods and Bend Pipe Equipments, analyzes the actuality and developing trend of Bend Pipe machine at home and aboard; studies and designes servo-control module , electric-hydraulic servo-control module and mechanical-electric-hydraulic pressure system of STAR-03W; discusses the control-theory of electric-hydraulic servo system in Numerical Control Bend Pipe machine. On the basis of research of Bend Pipe machine's principle and Numericl Control system, by analyzing Bend Pipe technics and adopting Microsoft Windows 98 system and Object Oriented programming technology, designs and develops Numerical Control sytem of double-model Numerical Control Bend Pipe machine based on the Industry PC and Microsoft Windows 98 system. Further more, this paper offers a resolvent for real-time Numerical Control sytem developed based on WINDOWS 98 platform.Practice indicates that STAR-03W Numerical Control Bend Pipe machine meets the need of practical producting, and improves production efficiency and maching quality.
