Research On The Establishment And Operation Function Of The Investment Fund For Envionmental Industry In China

With the environmental issues becoming more austerity and people concerning more about the environment sustainable development, the government pays more attention to the environmental protection investment, and also the trend of capital investment to the environmental protection is ascending.However, Compared to the demand of environmental protection investing during the process of economy development, the gross investment has a large distance, and the conflict about supply-demand of funds is also serious. So, Innovating the financing pattern, the enhancing fund operation's efficiency has become urgently-solved problem.The industry investment fund was considered one kind of financial system innovation under the new economic system. It plays an important role in promoting the industrial structure promotion, progressing the economy development, and our government is adopting the positive measure promotion in industry investment fund in China's development.In this thesis, according to the public goods theory and the environment theory, mainly through using financing mechanisms for environmental protection, the agent principle theory and portfolio theory, as well as the analysis of theory and practice. And in according of the Industrial investment funds from developed countries' experiences,from the necessity and feasibility point of view about establishing the China's environmental protection industrial investment funds ,it gives the analysis of the establishment of the environmental protection industrial investment funds' sponsors, funds' managers, funds' trustees, and other building elements, and it attempts to build the environmental protection industry investment fund operation mechanism and in the operation of the environmental protection industry investment funds analysizing the investors , the environmental protection industry, investment funds' managers and entrepreneurs between the rational behavior orientation in the use of game theory.Finally, it proposes the measures about the relative laws, policies, technology and financy, the social environment protection .In order to apply some suggestions about widening the investment channels of environmental protection industries, improving investment returns, also for the government policy-making.
