The main movement of printing machine is rotator movement. The problem of unbalance result from parts of strcture quality existence asymmetry. The problem of unbalance will influence the dynamic function of printing machine and the quality of printing, and cause the vibration of machine and noise increment. It will accelerate bearings and damage of cylinder, and the damage of machine, lower the service life of printing machine in a long period of time.Cylinder is the core unit of printing machine and the importance pate of printing units.The quality of printing is related to its accessory process and match. The cylider is directly related to the heavy shadow, ink, extension of net and unequal ink color. The printing machiche in home is still far behind the international advanced level because there are many theory problem existed, although lots of considerations have made in the manufacture and install of cylinder to make the printing comepleting in a good situation.This topic carries on the modeling and anlysis of dynamic fuction of cylinder, with the blanket cylider of the PZ1650 offset machine as research object, based on the theroy of dynamic balance and finited analysis. First, make use of finited analysis software ANSYS to build up the geometry model and finited modal, as to analyse its static function, get the flection transform in a period of printing though analysing the force of the three cylinders, and ansys the vibration impact caused of the blank on cylinder. Then make point in studing the modal analysis and centrifugal force anlysis, get its frequency and flap and the flexibility deformation in different rotate speed because of unbalance. Though improve its structure to exaltation its rigidity and minish its distortion, to provide academic gist for the enhance of danamic function of print machine and the control of unbalance. The research of this topic has actusl mesning for improving the dynamic function of printing machine and the quality of printing.
