At present in our country oil field workover wellhead operation process, is still in themanual operation, it is a heavy and dangerous labor. Therefore, there have been a lot ofwellhead operations automation equipment, elevators are automatic workover equipmentimportant constituent, realization of elevator automation is achieved by wellhead operationmechanization, automation is one of the major indications.This paper describes the operation of well repairing process, on the basis of this research,and various types of elevators (manual elevators, motive power elevators) technology anddevelopment status.Combination of workover technology requirements and characteristics of a new elevatoris cylinder type automatic elevator scheme, and carries on the structural design andcalculation.Design calculation, using SolidWorks software to build3D model of elevator and the useof the finite element analysis and calculation for the main parts such as elevators, body detailthe theory of finite element analysis, the strength fully meets the design requirements.Finally, the use of virtual prototyping technology in SolidWorks created3D model intoADAMS software simulation analysis. Get one when working in the kinematic and kineticparameters, through the analysis of the simulation results, show that the design of cylindertype automatic elevators to realize the design function, meet the workover technologyrequirements, simulation results also will do for the future design and Optimization Based onimproved.
