Improving the oil exploitation efficiency and reducing mining costs are the direction of petroleum enterprises. Sucker Rod-Pumping System in the actual production is the most widely used oil exploitation technology. In this paper, the network-setting of centralizer of Sucker Rod-Pumping System is developed, and the virtual model building of beam pumping unit is completed, according to the computer network technology and oil field needs. The main content is as follows:The model of software system structure, the development platforms of software system, the development languages and the operating environment of software system are all put forward, after collecting the demand of oil production site and analyzing the current status of virtual design and simulation.The storage format of direction well date file used by oil field is analyzed, and the direction well data file is realized under the network procedures. With basic production parameters of Sucker Rod-Pumping System, the 3-D display of direction well track is completed based on internet, and the comparison between three polynomial fitting track and the actual direction well track is also completed.The efficiency monitoring and evaluation of Sucker Rod-Pumping System and the centralizer design of optimum software are all studied and analyzed. The 3D visualization centralizer setting of network software is completed, which includes the functions: reading the centralizer document, setting the centralizer freedom, generating centralizer document.As part of the dynamic properties and efficiency simulation software for beam pumping system, the OpenGL virtual prototyping platform and VRML network prototyping platform of beam pumping unit are built. The integration of the two models and the parametric design using VC++ are realized, the movement simulation of the two models are completed.
