Synthesis And Study Of Some Pyrazoline, Pyrimidine, Imidazole[2, 1-b][1,3,4] Thiadiazole And 1,2,4-triazine With 1,2,3-triazole Ring

In recent years,the heterocyclic ring compound with nitrogrn have become the new trend in the research and development of medicine and pesticide.It was reported that 1H-1,2,3-triazole derivative is a type of heterocyclic compound that has widely biological activity and outstanding capability in many fileds such as pharmacy, pesticide,material etc.The pyrazoline derivatives,2-amino-pyrimidine derivatives imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole and 1,2,4-triazine have wide biological activity.In view of the different heterocyclic nuclei in the same molecule can significantly enhance or improve the biological activity of this compound,we synthesized 48 heterocyclic compound with 1,2,3-triazole.All compounds were identified by ~1HNMR,MS,IR spectrum.There are two major parts in this thesis:The first part is about literature review.The research status and development of the pyrazoline,2-aminopyrimidine,imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole,1,2,4-triazine and 1H-1,2,3-triazole derivatives.The second part is experiment sections.Major work as follows:1.Five new chalcone derivatives were prepared from 1-(5-methyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-ethanone and various aromatic aldehydes.Then it condensed with hydrazine hydrate in acid to gave 10 new compounds of pyrazoline.2.Start with nine new chalcone derivatives which prepared by the above method,then react with guanidine nitrate in alkaline conditions by the one-pot method to give nine new 2-aminopyrimidine compounds of 1H-1,2,3-triazole.3.A series of new 2-substituted-6-(5-methyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-imidazo [2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole were synthesized by the reaction of 5-substituted-2-amino-1, 3,4-thiadiazol with 2-bromo-1-(5-methyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-ethanone.4.Ten new 1,2,4-triazine derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of 2-bromo-1-phenylethanone and various 1-substituted aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-carboxylic acid acyl hydrazines which were prepared from triazole acid to ester and then it is hydrazinolysized.
