Preparation And Quality Control Of Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance Freeze-dried Injection

Objective:To confirm and identify the effective section of Ixeris sonchifolia which has remarkable effect for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and to study the preparation and quality control standards of its freeze-dried injection.Methods:1.Confirming the effective section of Ixeris sonchifolia on cerebral and myocardial ischemia by bio-assay method.2.Separating and identifying the primary compounds of the effective section on the base of chromatography methods and spectral evidences, respectively.Making the effective section into the freeze-dried injection by determining the content of the effective section and its main monomer.3.Controling the quality of injection by quantitative method and finger chromatogram.Results:1.The effective section mostly consists of flavones,from which six primary flavones were separated and identified luteolin-7-O-(6-O-β-D-glucopy ranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(IS-1),luteolin-7-O -β-D-glucopyranoside(IS-2),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (IS-3),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranlside(IS-4),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(IS-5), luteolin(IS-6).2.The freeze-dried injection of Ixeris sonchifolia was prepared that had steady quality and convenience in use.3.The quatitative mearsuration of luteolin-7-O-β-D-Glucurono pyranoside and total flavones were set up.The quality of the injection is under control on the base of integrated quantitative methods and finger chromatogram.Conclusions:The systematic study for the freeze-dried injection of Ixeris sonchifolia,which included chemical ingredients,the preparation and the quality control,made it meet the demand of Chinese traditional medicine Injection.
