The large amount of piggery wastewater from the farm is mostly emitted directly without appropriate recycle and treatment,which brought about a serious pollution to the environment.In allusion to the characeristics of high orgaism, suspending substance(SS)and NH3-N,UASB was brought forward to treat piggery wastewater.By using experimental simulate,the best conditions of disposing piggery wastewate were found on the basis of analyzing effection of different inful concentrations,different HRT,different temperatures,different pH to UASB reactor and a foundation was laied to engineerings.Using UASB reactor dispose piggery wastewater,by coutroling impacting factors and process,sludge with good sediments cound be planted.The feasibility of Using UASB disposing piggery wastewater was demonstrated.The research indicated:inful concentrations was important factors to outful NH3-N concentrations,NH3-N increasing rates,COD concentrations,COD removal rates,producing gas rates.NH3-N increasing rates were increased wih the increase of NH4-N concentrations;COD removal rates were increased wih the COD concentrations of inful water;the larger inful concentrations was,the higher producing gas rates;The effections of a series of HRTs to recator were analyzed and the results indicated that when HRT was 36h,NH3-N increasing rate was 16%,COD removal rate was 78%,producing gas rate was 1.17L/L·d., when HRT was 43h~48h,NH3-N increasing rate was 16.5%,COD removal rate was 80%,producing gas rate was 1.20L/L·d.So the best HRT were 43h~48h.;Under different temperature of inful water,NH3-N increasing rates,COD removal rates,producing gas rates were maximum in 15℃of low temperature phase,35℃of middle temperature phase and 55℃of high temperature phase. In the middle plase,the maximum of NH3-N increasing rate was 16.5%,the maximum of COD removal rate was 78%,the maximum of producing gas rate was 1.12L/L·d.The maximum in high temperature phase had not obvious preponderance compare to the maximum in middle temperature phase.So,38℃was the best.When the pH of inful water increased continuously,NH3-N increasing rate increased to some degree and then decreased.Acidic circumstance and alkalescent circumstance were disadvantage to the remove of orgaism.When pH of inful water was 7.0~7.5,producing gas rate keep high.So,the best of inful pH was 7.0~7.5.VFA of outful was important index to tokening reactor natural or not.When VFA concentrations were brtween 6.0mmol/Land 12.0mmol/L,it tokend UASB reactor was natural;but When VFA concentrations increased to 16mmol/L,it tokend UASB reactor had the feasibility ofacidification.Must take measures to improve.
