The modern breeding technology on a large scale promoted the development of the poultry breeding to high quality and efficiency . However,on the other side,it made the breeding break away from the plantation and became a highly specialized production. The large amount of wastewater let from the farm is mostly emitted directly without appropriate recycle and treatment. Which brought about a serious pollution to the environment. With the researching materials on piggery wastewater disposal both home and abroad and through a contrast and a consideration of the treatment results and economic rationalization and base on the characteristic of piggery wastewater,a mothed to treat piggery wastewater was proposed,that is Deposit-UASB-Denitrogen-SBR .The results from experiments indicated that 25-30%CODcr containted in the piggery wastewater can be eliminated with the help of deposit,75-85%CODcr can be eliminated by the UASB,15-20%NH3-N can be eliminated by the Denitrogen,85-90%CODCT and 95-98%NH3-N can be eliminated by the SBR. Finally,the index of NH3-N,CODcr,BOD5 in effluent are up to the standards.The results from observation and MPN indicated that the microbial compositions in activated sludge of SBR are abundant,the propagational rates of different metabolic groups are different in every treatment phase of SBR;The operation state of the treatment system can be known by observing the changes in kinds and quantity of micro zoo.
