Water is the source of human existence. With the rapid development of social industries, water pollution is aggravated day by day. As a result, an ever-increasing shortage of limited resources becomes more and more impoverishment. The influence of the environmental accidents by burst pollution is more serious, not only polluteing the environment seriously making the great loss in economy, but also affecting people's health, aggravating people's psychological burden. Facing the recurrent accidents of Sudden Accident, mechanism of emergency is of particular importance. But now the methods as one of the most important taches can't meet the fast, high efficiency, steady, , safe need. To solve this problem, we need to add new water disposal cell. As an effective mean to improve water quality, pretreatment has been used widely and developed rapidly.The development of IBAC is based on the BAC, which not only has effective degeneration on NH4+-N, turbid, but also on organic like nitrobenzene. Take nitrobenzene pollution accident in 2005 for example, It is the step in the drinking water emergency accident that selecting the IBAC to due to reactor startup speedily and effectively.Through screening of bacterium we get one strain that could degenerate nitrobenzene effectively. It's identified that the strain were Klebsiella by the traditional and molecular biological technology; According to the research of environmental subsist factors and different nutrient medium, the best growth condition is explored. According to this, the best parameters of effective nitrobenzene degeneration is made which supply a necessary support to the reactor's speedy startup and steady circulation.During the step of reactor application, the two reactors's start-up, operation and the degeneration of NH4+-N, DOC nitrobenzene were investigated. Moreover, safety applicability was ensured through the security evaluation of effluent water, which give a speedy, steady, safety support.Experiment approve that the IBAC can be used as one of the effective water treatment technology in the drinking water emergency accident which plays an important role, it could has a propositional index value to the drinking water emergency accident.
