Research On The Influence Of Abrupt Water Pollution Accident And Emergency Mechanism In Drinking Water Source Area

With the socio-economic development, the abrupt water quality pollution accidents have broken out frequently in the drinking water source areas,the accidents have caused serious damage of people's health and property. The study in terms of the abrupt accidents in the drinking water source areas has become a hot research in the field of environmental protection.Focusing on the abrupt accidents in the drinking water source areas ,this paper summed up both domestic and foreign regarding environmental risk assessment,water quality model and emergency mechanism, based on this focus this paper has studied the influence of abrupt water quality pollution accidents and response mechanism. The main research contents and conclusion can be summarized as the following:(1) In terms of the environmental risk assessment,the risk sources of the abrupt water quality pollution accidents are identified and the source terms for the abrupt water quality pollution accidents are analyzed.(2) According to the above-mentioned study,the early warning model for the abrupt water quality pollution accidents are established. In this paper,the two- dimensional water quality model are used in the abrupt water quality pollution accidents,the diffusion of the different pollutants are calculated. And then ,the engineering software-MATLAB is used to simulate the accidents of real-time status.(3) From the following aspects of emergency organization system,emergency response mechanism,emergency monitoring,emergency treatment mechanism,emergency back-up security system and emergency guarantee system,this paper sets up an emergency mechanism system for the abrupt water quality pollution accidents.
