Micro-bubbles had already been widely used in the energy, chemicals, mining, oil and other fields. In the oil industry, because of heavy residual oil viscosity and incompletely combustion resulted in a great waste of energy. Therefore, the micro-bubbles were injected into the heavy and residuum oil, a huge number of bubbles was formed, thus increasing the combustion area of liquid fuel, improved combustion efficiency. In this paper, the theory of the bubble formation, bubble generator analysis of the structure, had been able to express bubble generator internal pressure, flow rate and the relationship between the several dimensions, and to reflect changes in its internal energy of the basic performance of the bubble generator equation., Designed two bubble generators under the guidance of theory, and through the contrast between two different structures of the bubble generator performance. In the experiment, gas medium used compressed air, the liquid medium used water, mainly by changing the structure of bubble generator and operating parameters (gas pressure, liquid pressure, gas flow and liquid flow, etc.), a large number of experiments was did ,in order to observed mixed gas-liquid mixture cavity phenomenon, bubbly flow and the impact of generated size of bubbles. Using high-speed photograph for the different conditions on the bubbly flow field observations, and using compatible with the software used for analysis, processing. Test gas and liquid pressure was set in the pressure of 0.1MPa to 0.5MPa, in the status of small flow operatives. Analysis of the experiment results, we found that diameter of the pore air, mixed-cavity structure, export location and the operation of the parameters had effect on the size of the bubble. In a small flow, the bubble size was influenced significantly by the pore size, the intake means of the air was an important effect factor.
