With the development of low penetration reservoir exploitation with water injection,the requirement for the quality of injection waste water is more and more strict.This paper summarizes the treatment technology and process flows of injection waste water in local and aboard oilfield.It expounds the process improvement and detailed development,and also introduces new process,treatment technology and management method.It puts forward the method of phase control phase standard, in which the waste water treatment system is divided into several phases according to the process and equipment capability.Applying the method,problems can be settled in the phase where it occurres.It reconstructs some equipment of waste water treatment to improve the efficiency of oil-decrease and removes extra bacteria in water ,with no large change of the original general process .An anti-phase demulsifier test is implemented to decrease oil and soil in the waste water and raise the oil-decrease efficency. In this improvement,a chemical agent is added to cope with the water-oil mulsifier oil particles,so that no oil-soil or suspended substances appears in the treatment system and releases the load of afterward process.On this basis,the exit water agrees with the injection standard requirement.The improvement fully improves the union station management,increases the water quality and stability,decreases environmental pollution and achieves the requirements of health,safey and environment.
