Study On The Products Yield Of FCC Unit Under Various Operating Conditions

The preliminary variables are selected by means of studying productoin feature of FCC plant, analyzing the primary factor which affect products yield of FCC unit. Based on the historical experience data collected from FCC unit during 2001 and 2002, seclected linear regression statistical analysis method,adopted data processing by SPSS software, the law between yields and different correlated variables is found, 2 sets of product yields models and 6 correlated models of independent variables and product yield are established, signify of all formulas and coefficients of which are examined.The results show that these models reflecte the relation between products yield and variables.Furthermore by applying the datas during October,2002 to the models, exellent extentive capablily of models is verified. According to requirements of market and DRCC, 3 sorts of production schemes are put forward, linear-programmed and optimized by product yield models gained above.Though statisticsing and optimezing FCC plant, the paper has combined the models and operation situation closely, and has offered the theoretic references for working out prouction plan, analyzing plant operation situation, optimizing production operation and so on, which can be used to guide the practical product of the FCC plant and lay theoretical basis for some models that need to be modified further.
