The 600kt/a diesel oil Hydrogenation Modification Unit of the DaQing Refining & Chemical Company of Petro china was set up at October in 2000. It has adopted the MCI- lowering solidifying point technology that was developed by the Fushun Research Design Institution. The catalyst is DN3110/Z5723/SDD800 catalyst that was produced by the America Shell Standard Catalyst Company. Its raw material is the mixed diesel oil of the third stream oil of the Atmosphere distillation Unit, the first stream oil of the vacuum distillation Unit and the FCC mixed diesel oil in DaQing. It products light diesel oil and naphtha. The vice-production is the part gas.The mathematical modeling was established on the process data base in 2007 by way of linear regress for given dependent and independent variables with SPSS software, in order to enhance the yield of reforming diesel oil and the total liquid and reduce the energy consumption by optimize the unit operation. The test and analysis result indicts that the model fulfils the actual production. The model provides a scientific forecast for the yield of reforming diesel oil,total liquid and energy consumption respectively. And it could be used to guide the unit operation and provide scientific basis for making the product solution simultaneously.
