In this study,we have first successfully synthesized Allyllsobutyl POSS /Polybutadiene(PB) Nanohybridss by using n-BuLi as initiator,tetrahydronfuran(THF) and tetrahydrofufury ethyl ether(ETE) as a structure modifier via anionic polymerization.and study the polymerization condition,the species and dosage of structure modifier,the contents of POSS monomer affect on polymerrization,and study the polymerization kinetics and factors affecting microstructure structure of POSS/Polybutadiene(PB) Nanohybridss.The structure of POSS/PB nanocomposites was characterized by ~1HNMR and IR The results shown that the copolymerization reactions between POSS and PB monomers had was observed and POSS/PB Nanocomposites were prepared.The study determined the optimum reactive temperature is 50 and 70℃,reactive time is 2-3 hour.and researched on the affect of modifier on the polymerization.The study showed that the ETE exist,when arised temperature can shorten polymerization time and quicken polymerizae.As the ETE content increase,the 1.2-structure of pruduction also increase.The optimum content of ETE is 1-2 times,the 1,2-structure of pruduction also increase when POSS is joined.The ETE is more effectiver than THF.ETE was an efficient microstructure modifier.GPC is applied to characterize the molecular weight and molecular weight distribut,the POSS made molecular weight distribut broaden and molecular weight reduce.X-ray diffraction showed that when POSS increase to a degree,and more and more severity。The spectra of TEM also proved the conclusion.
