In this study,we first successfully synthesized Allyllsobutyl POSS /Polybutadiene(PB) Nanohybrids by using n-BuLi as initiator,tetrahydronfuran(THF) and tetrahydrofufury ethyl ether(ETE) as a structure modifier via anionic polymerization and the polymerization condition.Affect of the species and contents of structure modifier,the contents of POSS monomer on the polymerization kinetics and factors affecting microstructure structure of POSS /Polybutadiene(PB) Nanohybrids have been investigated.The structure of POSS/PB nanocomposites is characterized by ~1HNMR and IR.The results show that POSS and PB monomers are copolymerized.In this study,the optimum reactive temperature is 50℃,reactive time is 2-3 hour, and ETE can shorten the polymerization time and quicken polymerizae,therefore modifier is the key point on copolymerization speed.As the ETE content increases,the 1,2-structure of pruduction also increases.The optimum content of ETE is 1-2 times.The 1,2-structure of pruduction also increase when POSS is joined and there is obvious coordinated function.ETE is more effectiver than THF.ETE was an efficient microstructure modifier.In GPC test,it characterizes that jointing POSS broadens molecular weight distribute and reduces molecular weight.With increasing POSS content,the molecular weight distribution is between 1.3-1.5.X-ray diffraction shows that the more POSS increases,the more severe it congregates.It's consistent with the conclusion of SEM. The glass transition temperature(Tg) decreased first and then rised with increasing amount of POSS.
