Water Injection System Energy Saving Technology Research

Water injection system of ground work of saving energy and reducing consumption,including motor system optimum operation,water injection efficiency and water injection pipe network is reasonable in structure,only on each link of the scientific analysis in order to improve the efficiency of the system as a whole,to achieve the lowest energy consumption.We select xinmu affusion pumping station pump energy consumption as the focus,combined with water injection pipe network energy loss,take technical measures,and actively carry out research work on improving water injection energy consumption,to find out the effect of energy consumption of the water injection system the main problems and the causes,put forward to reduce the consumption of water injection system measures,making it close to or reach the national average.The new wood oil do this work has a certain demonstration and guidance.At the same time as Jilin oilfield units to improve the efficiency of water injection system,reduce the consumption of water injection,reduce the cost of operation of water injection system to provide train of thought and mode.This article through the water injection pump station optimization control;water injection pipe network optimal operation technology research;and for different block injection pressure difference large,reasonable division of water injection pipeline network,partitioning of injection,reduce throttle loss in low pressure;end of the system,install augmented injection pump technology to increase the injection pressure,reduce water injection station pump pressure,ensure the pump pressure and injection pressure matching;according to the pipeline scaling cause the pressure drop problem,take the cleaning pipeline way,improve network efficiency;reduce the ineffective water circulation energy-saving technology research,the water injection system efficiency to rise in the round,the consumption of water injection to substantially reduce.This paper is based on Jilin oilfield water injection system operation status quo research ideas,combined with the existing problems development countermeasures from many aspects,carries on the analysis,take different measures to reduce water loss of energy,thereby reducing the consumption of water injection,so it has broad application value.
