In view of gas wells liquid loading in various oil-gas fields and natural gas mining, it proposes the measure of downhole gas-water separation and reinjection processing technology. This article stresses the core part of the gas-water separation-downhole gas-water separation hydrocyclone to carry on the fundamental research, the indoor simulation experiment and carry on field test on application effect of downhole gas-water separation hydrocyclone to confirm.The article uses the fluent software to carry on the numerical simulation on gas-water separation hydrocyclone, establish the simplify model of gas-water separation hydrocyclone; Use the RNG k-εmodel and value computational model composed the equation of continuity and the momentum equation; Select the SIMPLE algorithm to carry on the iterative computation to gas-water separation hydrocyclonewhich obtains the gas liquid flow field distribution rule and the pressure distribution rule of gas-water separation hydrocyclone. Considering the downhole actual condition, establish the laboratory experimental apparatus, through changing GLR to analysis the operating performance of gas-water separation hydrocyclone in certain GLR scope; Change the diameter size of overflow snout, investigate the influence of operating performance as to gas-water separation hydrocyclone, confirm the validity of numerical simulation result.The field test carries on smoothly in Liaohe River Oil field, Shenyang Extraction Factory. The data result of field indicates the downhole gas-water separation and reinjection system operates steadily. The operating performance is reliable; gas-water separation hydrocyclone works normally and steadily; the experimental effect is well.The fundamental research, the indoor and field test of the downhole gas-water separation and reinjection system confirm that it is feasible to use hydrocyclone to carry on draining water and pick gas in the gas well and the same well reinjection process. This has provided the basis for the application of the gas-water separation hydrocyclone in oil-gas field.
