A Study On The Law System Of Environmental Information Disclosure

As the environment is deteriorating day by day, it's crucial for the human beings to deal with the environment. Therefore, it is our important task to build up the Law System of Environmental Information Disclosure. This dissertation mainly concerns all aspect of the System. The first part consists of general contents, including basic concepts, theoretical basis, general frame and significance. Secondly, similar systems from home and abroad are expatiate, analyzed and evaluated. Based on the《The rule of Environmental Information Disclosure(Temp)》which was promulgated by the State Environmental Protection Administration on 2007-04-11 and will be implemented on 2008-05-01, the analysis is conducted with three main areas which are Environmental Information Disclosure of the government, Environmental Information Disclosure of companies and Environmental Information Disclosure of products. Three types of technique are introduced, historical analysis method, comparative analysis method and value analysis method, providing several problems for further discussion. With the help of basic principles and differences between home and abroad, deficiency of《The rule of Environmental Information Disclosure(Temp)》is developed in the last section. Moreover, the explanation of three rules for《The rule of Environmental Information Disclosure(Temp)》is conducted. Besides, three ways to improve and implement it are included.
