Water is the basis of human living. With the high speed development of our country's economy, all kinds of pollution severely influenced the environment of human, especially, industrial wastewater polluted many districts. For the continuous development of our country's economy, wastewater treatment had played an important role. Recently, nation pay attention to water protecting project, demand more technology in wastewater treatment control system, using high technology control strategy and more advanced devices in surveillance & control system is the best way to fix the demands. At the same time, wastewater treatment process is the strong nonlinear of wastewater treatment, the many varieties of random parameters as input flux and the lack of biologic sensor, there isn't mature and cheap online measurement. The modeling research of wastewater treatment is very important now.This project is based on wastewater plant, illustrate wastewater treatment process, according to the controller devices and user's demands, designed a control system. Control system design had four parts included:PLC programming design: According to control system design aims, PLC programming respectively on different control nodes, make the control system run under a stable, safe, efficient state.Electrical design: Designed the electrical circuit in allusion to environment and wastewater treatment process techniques.Upper PC surveillance design: Developed the supervision interface of wastewater treatment with InTouch-v9.5, implement the communication with PLC, provide a more convenient interface of operation between operator and system.Remote surveillance system design: Design a remote supervision system for wastewater treatment control system; supervise the running state of key control devices, PLC, remote alarm model. Break the limit of geography.Build an advanced model with SVM and characteristics between BOD&COD, predicting BOD&COD of drainage that had been treated. It solved the problems that BOD&COD is hard to measuring real-timely. And it provided the foundation of control strategy for operator. Innovate the actuality that operator manipulate system by experience; ameliorate the water quality drained by plant.
