This paper is a project consigned to develop by freshwater-fish convenient food further process technology, which is a national 948 subject.Using CAN field bus technology in automatically control domain , aiming at the lower automatization level of domestic technology in the control subsystem for minced freshwater-fish product-line, this paper introduces a control solution based on CAN field bus for it. This control system can simplify the operation, lowers the maintenance cost, improves the system reliability, and improves the control technology for for minced freshwater-fish product-line.The solution takes CAN field bus as the processing center and communicates with computer by CAN network. It monitors all the field processing machines through four field nodes, supervising the whole system using the top machines management software. The control subsystem is studied and designed in depth in this paper.Taking a washing tank and a refiner , two freshwater-fish processing machines as a object controlled, the following work is it's stresses: the hardware design and software design of CAN field device controller discussed in the detail way, the top machines management software included accordingly. With the design finished and tested smoothly , the automazitation of communication between the top machines, the control subsystem , and the CAN field bus is realized on the whole.
