Technology Of Enduring Effect Antiswelling Agent Used In Shenyang Oilfield

At present, the development of Shenyang oil fields has been in a production declining stage, some oil wells have been forced to be shut as a result of poor energy,penetration and increased moisture. It is necessary for us to take special production process in order to have these wells re-developed.The stability of clay is the very important subject that those oil field with low permeability is facing. The expansion and migration of clay minerals in the oil- gas frmation of low permeability are two important factors of damaging penetration rate.People have tried a lot of chemical methods and technical means to prevent clay and particles from damaging oil- gas frmation.An appropriate clay stabilizer derect has been evaluated in accordance with the low-permeability oil fields in Shenyang in this paper.In view of the phenomenon that in reservoir of high-pressure,low permeability water reservoir,clay minerals'expansion, transport, and plug the throat will result in the injury of formation and lower penetration rate,therefore impact the latter part of the oil field development,this paper considered of using long-clay stabilizer during the injection process in order to control the expansion of the hydration and dispersion migration,and the stability of the injection wells into the ability.First of all, it evaluates the natural oil content of clay, speed sensitive, water-, salt-and acid-alkali-sensitivity in Shenyang oil field, and on this basis, through the static (centrifugal bentonite powder, the particle core weight-loss) and dynamic (Core mobile) experiments,8 clay stabilizers'comprehensive performance were analyzed and evaluated.And considering that the formation surfactant is chemical additives which is usually used to carry out the washing, plug removal of the oil around a water injection and production wells in the actual production of oil field, Experiment on the clay stabilizer and surfactant compatibility was carried out to optimize a long-term compatibility clay stabilizer,form a long-term application of water-expanding anti-technology from the indoor experiment to the scene.
