The new transmission style is put found in this paper, which is spur-helical gears transmission. The normal transmission style between gears is broken by it. The helix angles of the pair of conjugated gears are not equal to each other. The driving or driven gear is a spur gear with involutes gear outline, while the driven or driving gear is a helical gear with different helix angles of involutes gear outline. The value and direction of a helix angel are arranged with monotonous regularity. It also has the advantages such as compact structure, small volume, high efficiency, high power, etc.Transmission of spur-helical gears is a special transmission, which is provided by Italy, then is introduced to our country in 2004. Now it is widely used in the fine processing equipments of tiles and stone in the building material industry.The processing of helical gear with different helix angles is the key technology in the transmission, which is always kept by foreigners as a secret. To solve the key technology completely and realizing localization early, the transmission structure is deeply analyzed, different processing methods are provided, which is based on the machining principle of normal helical gears and then is consolidated with different production conditions and status.In the circumstance of little batch and not high-precision, forming processing method is advised, then the forming processing method in general milling machine, boring and milling machine, CNC milling machine is provided in the paper, with which corresponding process equipment design and principle is introduced.For mass batch production, the generating method with efficient and high-precision characters is needed. These methods of generating processing in hobbing machine, CNC hobbing machine are comprehensively introduced, then for ensuring the processing requirements, the design principle of the processing equipment is pointed out. Aimed to the character of different helix angles, the realization of the generating processing is ensured by the helical gears' differential equirements and the mathematical model's establish. Hence, the cylindrical cam shafts mechanism are commended. The cyclical changes of the hobbing cutter install angels are ensured, at the same time, the compensation of different lead is realized by intermittent transition section. Through the examples' certification and the 3D surface simulation, the conclusion is proved to be right, which the established mathematical model is accurate and reasonable, so it is satisfied with the processing requirements.
