This paper introduces a synthetic task which refers the theory of Plastic injection-molding, Cavity pressure detection & control and experimental study.Ordinarily, the parameters of Plastic injection are machine parameters such as mould temperature, injection rate, injection capacity and so on. But during the actual injection process, these parameters are set by controlling the machine then affect the injection part indirectly. These parameters have no direct relationship with the part quality. It's just like a black box when the mould is closed. The situation of the molding part in the cavity is unknown completely. The final quality of injection products are decided by the actual parameters such as temperature, pressure and rate and so on. These data are the most credible evidence of the improvement and optimization of injection process.Cavity pressure is an important process variable that correlates directly with part quality. It is a difficulty for the conventional molding technology.In order to get the required precision, the cavity pressure control technology is used to replace the original control method. Through fixing sensors in the cavity and getting the pressure of cavity by some testing technology, the stability of molding process and perfect part can be assured just like the diagnostic tools in the medical field. Through B/S or C/S structure controlling the testing system remotely and synchronously, the function of online detection & control and diagnosis & correction could be realized. The final goal is a portable DAQ system which can control the cavity pressure more safely and conveniently.In practical application of the system, get the actual data and curves which correspond to the perfect part by adjusting the parameters of injection molding machine through the DAQ system. The quality and analysis of Plastic injection-molding simulation software could be based on these data and curves which have nothing to do with the machine.
