Based research background on Jingdu Diary of Yichang City, Hubei Province. Diary wastewater which includes high organic matters and ammonia nitrogen was studied in the essay.Purpose: A set of treatment technics which removes pollutants efficiently and low cost for development and operation that reach the emission standard should be developed. Various problems which may rise in the research should be solved.Method: (1) Optimal treatment technics should be raised though analyse many kinds of wastewater treatment technics combine the properties of diary wastewater; (2) Hysteresis Model of Sequnsing Batch Reactor (SBR) should be set up in use of Artificial Neural Networks; (3) Improvement measures on Anaerobic unit should be raised though field debug; (4) Economy analysis of diary wastewater treatment program.Results: (1) According to results of analysis, accertain the daily wastewater treatment stream is 12 ton. Choose"Anaerobic-Aerobic-Stable Pond Craft Process"as diary wastewater treatment technics. (2) BP Neural Networks models can be used to simulate effluent quality. The results of simulation, average error of COD is 2.16%, average error of NH3-N is 3.85%. (3) Through field debug, SBR pond oprate stably, but the effluent quality can't reach emission standard because Anaerobic unit running improper. Improvement measure to be adding grid and UBF reactor into whole process in stead of hydraulic pressure methane tank. (4) The investment of Jingdu diary wastewater treatment program is $722,400, annual operation cost is $21,000, unit operation cost is $4.8 per ton.Conclusion:"Anaerobic-Aerobic-Stable Pond Craft Process"which was developed in the essay can be applied to middle-and-small dairy.
