With the 21st century's coming, standards for products are higher and higher, not only ask for diversification, but also focus on individuation. Therefore, good quality,fast speed,low cost and good service are the prime guarantee for modern manufacture. While due to the little difference on speed and service, quality and cost are the most important factors in competition. Unit price of electro-component and panel is easy to know on the market, so margin mostly come from the spare part of mechanism. In all, we have to take new technique to get high-quality and low-cost products to meet customer's requirements and win the competition. The key point of this article is to analyze and validate the quality, cost and speed accordinig to the correlation theories. Detailed as follows:â‘ Master Plans based on the development and management of Gas-assisted Injection Molding (GAIM).Planing by the analysis of decision-making, development team, development process, development of mold and develop certification , then put forward optimization process of new technology applications when developting new productsâ‘¡Process design based on the development of Gas-assisted Injection Molding (GAIM).We analyzed the product structure, mold impact ,molding methods, studied the product structure, raw materials, mold structure, as well as the basis of combining the molding conditions ,put forward the restrictive conditions of the schemes. Then combined the develop methods and GAIM effectively to achieve the goals of process design.â‘¢Key Technology based on the development and management of Gas-assisted Injection Molding (GAIM).We analyzed the basic process of the airway structure design, simulated the display (LCD) rear cover gas-assisted injection , put forward the relations betwwen gas-assisted molding and pre-injection volume, melt / gas delay time, the injection of meltting temperature, gas injection pressure, and other process parameters.we simulated gas-assisted molding process of the rear cover , analyzed effect the temperature of injection, injection time, the number and locations of the gate ,then get the optimized molding parameters technology programs. â‘£Engineering Application based on the development and management of Gas-assisted Injection Molding (GAIM).We put the key technologies of development management into the design of the gas-assisted injection mold of A customers 26-inch LCD rear cover, and inspected the development management processes of gas-assisted injection .By the simulation of CAE ,it can be proved that the technology and mold optimizing design is accuracy and feasibility.
