The hydraulic system as an important part of the six roll reversible prototype of cold-rolled play a decisive role, so the hydraulic system can not be ignored. So, the work of a thorough and meticulous research for it is important to the development of theoretical and practical value.Based on the above thinking, the paper do some research for the hydraulic control system of six-roll cold prototype, reasonable simplified system model to make it more applicable to the actual works. On this basis, the focus of analysis is static design of the hydraulic control system, thickness control system, and hydraulic bending roll control system. The main contents of the papers related are: the design and selection of the hydraulic system components, the establishment and analysis of frequency and time-domain model for the thickness control, the establishment and analysis of frequency and time-domain model for the bending roll control system. After studying the force servo-control system, frequency and time mathematics model are created. At last, Simulation is achieved with the Simulink toolbox of MATLAB. By studying the result of Simulation, the performance of hydraulic pressure system is evaluated. In a word, its researching achievement keeps ahead in domestic. The application of its achievement will have caused national heavy industry to change the phase of relying on foreign advanced technique on design this system. Its theory and method have some characters in novelty, creativity, advantage, and its result has veracity and reliability.Meanwhile, hydraulic servo control system is coupled influenced by the complexity of application environment, changes in load and interference, the system is very non-linear. So by adding control strategy such as PID, non-linear PID and fuzzy control in control system, the dynamic nature of the system is upgraded, also played a very good control for the system response to the frequency and accuracy. Finally software, MATLAB and VC++, was used in the design of the simulation software and MATLAB application program was called by VC++. The visual simulation software advantages engineers'design efforts about design and analyze.
