The twin-roll thin strip casting technology is considered to be the most innovative technology in the steel industry in the 21 st century and has attracted widespread attention from steel companies around the world.However,in order to achieve large-scale industrial production,some key technical issues still need to be improved and perfected.In the process of twin-roll casting and rolling of thin strip,the molten liquid steel needs to complete the entire process from solidification,crystallization to forming the thin strip in a very short time.Therefore,the controllable range of the roll gap parameters is very narrow.The change of the double-roll gap distance will not only affect the quality of the thin strip produced,but also may cause serious accidents such as rolling.Therefore,when researching the twin-roll casting and rolling thin strip steel technology,the relevant process parameters must be detected and controlled.In order to improve the stability of the twin-roll cast-rolling process,this paper conducts in-depth research on the twin-roll cast-rolling steel roll gap system from the following three aspects.First of all,this subject takes into account the actual needs of the twin-roll casting and rolling process,combined with the actual project,after first determining the reasonable twin-roll casting and rolling process parameters,developed a set of PLC controller as the core,and the control system adopts The computer control system of the fuzzy control method,and through the selection and design of the upper/lower computer of the system,realizes the real-time monitoring of the twin-roll casting and rolling production process,so that the casting and rolling process can complete its technological process in time and effectively.Secondly,due to the strong coupling relationship between the parameters in the twin-roll casting and rolling process,it is difficult for traditional control methods to achieve accurate control effects.The hydraulic AGC system is currently the most commonly used method to control roll gap changes.In this paper,by analyzing the composition and structure of the hydraulic AGC control system,a relatively accurate hydraulic AGC roll gap control system model is established.Finally,in view of the time-lag and time-varying problems of the cast-rolling hydraulic AGC control system,and the limitation of traditional PID controllers that cannot be modified online and in real time,a fuzzy PI controller combining fuzzy control theory and traditional PID control is proposed.Through the MATLAB simulation experiment,the simulation curve of the system is analyzed,and it is obtained that the fuzzy PI controller can reach stability faster than the traditional PID controller,and the system has no overshoot,no steady-state static error,and strong anti-interference ability.Better control effect.
