The monosodium glutamate wastewater is one kind of the highly concentrated organic wastewater which extremely difficult to process. This experiment contrapose the characteristic of this water quality, present situation of the processing and the existent question, studied on the feasibility of the hydrolisis acidification - SBBR process treat with this kind of wastewater, and has conducted the related exploratory experimental study, had determined the operating condition of this process and the interrelated parameter, for its could apply in the project practice have provided certain rationale and the scientific basis.This research used the hydrolisis acidification which is the pre-processing process to pretreat the monosodium glutamate wastewater, it could steady the quality and volume of the wastewater, enhance the wastewater to be possible the biochemistry performance role. This research has discussed factors , such as pH value, temperature, HRT, organic load, sulfate to the hydrolisis acidification craft processing monosodium glutamate wastewater influence, had determined the optimum parameter of the hydrolisis acidification process treated the monosodium glutamate wastewater, the optimum parameter is: T=25℃, pH v (6.5~8.0), HRT =12h, the enters water CODcr concentration less than 6000mg/L.Using the highly effective SBBR process to treat with the monosodium glutamate wastewater which pretreated by the hydrolisis acidification process . the NH3-N content in the monosodium glutamate wastewater is high, this research selects the high frequency alternate ventilation method, and has discussed factors, such as aeration time and way, DO, precipitation time affected the SBBR process, had determined the optimum parameter of the SBBR process, the optimum parameter is: T=25℃, pH (7.0~8.0), the non-restrictive aeration, the high frequency alternate ventilation method (in one cycle aeration 2h, anaerobic 1h, circulate 3 times), precipitate 1h, the sludge load 0.15 kg CODcr/kg d~0.45kgCODcr/kgMLSSd, the volume load 1.8kgCODcr/m3d~ 9.0kgCODcr/m3d.This research study on the effect of the sulfate content in the hydrolisis acidification reactor and the SBBR reactor process, finally indicated: In the wastewater includes the low concentration sulfate had not obvious effect of the hydrolisis acidification and the SBBR reactor's processing treatment and the stable influence.This research believed that moves under this experimental definite optimum parameter, the hydrolisis acidification - SBBR process integration had the good processing effect to the monosodium glutamate wastewater's pollutant,the outlet water quality of the outlet water has achieved the national promulgation basically "Monosodium glutamate Industry Pollutant discharge Standard" (GB 19431-2004) the request, and the entire wastewater disposal process had some merit , such as the simple operator, the stable moving, easy to manage. Therefore it is practical and feasible that using this processing to treat the monosodium glutamate wastewater.
