| The paper studies Microcystis aeruginos and bacteria remove COD and NH3-N in monosodium glutamate waste water. The results indicate: the removal effect of Microcystis aeruginos to COD and NH3-N of monosodium glutamate waste water can reach 45.3%,90.7% for 9 d,respectively . The bacteria from polluted condition is domesticated, screened and pre-identified . The removal of bacteria to COD and NH3-N of monosodium glutamate waste water is different in the different temperature and oscillation contition. At 38℃and 120 rpm/min, the removal effect of bacteria to COD and NH3-N of monosodium glutamate waste water can reach 89.5%,55.0% for 8 d,respectively. The removal of bacteria and Microcystis aeruginos co-treatment to COD and NH3-N of monosodium glutamate waste water is different in the different time rate. when the time rate is 1:1, the removal efficiency to COD and NH3-N of monosodium glutamate waste water is highest for 8 d ,that can reach 79.2%,83.5% respectively.The paper also studies Microcystis aeruginos remove COD and NH3-N of PVC washing waste water . The results indicate: the removal effect of Microcystis aeruginos to COD and NH3-N of waste water can reach 90.3%,83.4% for 9 d,respectively. . |
