Research And Melioration On The Computerized Lace Braiding Machine

In this paper, a necessary amelioration is design for the PTH type lace braiding machine with machine control which introduced from broad by the ZheJiang DaTian CO.LTD. Based on the modern computerized control, combine the 3d software pro/e, we take a series of analysis and amelioration aimed at representative part; also we using the MCU instead of some intricacy parts. A new method to create a scheduling diagram and a phase analyzed form is discussed based on the structure, braid process and automatic control required of the Numerical Lace-Braiding Machine. The results are the assembly precision been promoted and adjusting time been reduced by means of the diagrams to predominate the relationship of the position and motion between the components of the machine. Further more, it has increased work efficiency and improved braid quality.Firstly, this paper expounds the significance of the lace braiding machine amelioration, summarizes the background and achievement of the lace braiding machine at home and broad, and introduces the main work of this paper.Then, the paper analyzes the main part of the lace braiding machine, and the function in practice. And also give some studies to the machine's working principium, points out the excellences and defect applied in practice.And then, according to the working principium of the machine, we main analyze the important parts of the machine-cam mechanism, applying the B-splines theory on the sample cam curve design, proposed the optimize method; And also we test the curvature of the improved curve, discussed the method to smoothing the curves of complex combination cam.After that, on the aspect of the system control, we introduced the MCU control instead of the machine control; using the serial communication of the MCU with the PC, we overcomes the limitation of working with a mass of pasteboard cards; further with the help of Muti-control of MCU with computer, improve the production.In the end, based on the problem of the lace braiding machine working practice, we take some analysis; find out the reason and the resolve method; of course, some problem is also exist at working, the paper bring forward the demanding of the machine betterment.
