| Wetland, which is a independent ecosystem to have special function, ocean and forest are called the three greatest ecosystems. The eco-function of wetland cannot be substituted in both of harmonic development of person and nature and sustainable development of social and economy. In recent years, along with the economic development and society progress, people pay more attention to wetland itself and the protection of wetland ecosystem. Because of the artificial and natural influence, the area of wetland has rapidly reduced.Therefore, enhancing the protection of wetland is urgent. Up to now, the systematic study on protection and reasonable exploitation of Tianjin coastal wetland did not see report.Through collecting and analyzing the resources of Tianjin coastal wetland,this thesis expounds the problems that exist in the protection of Tianjin coastal wetland. They are as folowing,accelerative land development and irrational utilization, the confusion catches and excessive development of biomass, the changes of wetland ecosystem by pollution, the descent of biology variety index, the management organization and system on wetland are not sanity, the funds of protection and management isn't included in government finance plan,etc. Aiming at the above problems and joining together with the development foreground of Tianjin city, this thesis puts forward a few of measures and suggestions.They are as following .The building of wetland resources sanctuary is accelerated. The demonstration districts of instauration and the reasonable exploitation of degenerate wetland are established. More perfect, science and norm system of wetland protection and management is established,etc.The collection of the relative data account for the present situation of reseources of Tianjin coastal wetland,and this thesis puts forward a few innovative viewpoints.Moreover,they provide stated data for the protection and sustainable development of the wetland resources in Tianjin area. |
