Since reform and opening up to the outside world, livestock farming industry productivity of china has raised rapidly. China has become the largest pig producing area in the world. With the fast development of pig raising, scale pig raising households and Raising plots become more and more. As a result, the waste of pigs yield intently. Because lacking of the corresponding solution measure, the waste of pigs is put irregularly, cause the pollution seriously. Now ,the amount of pig waste has exceeded the pollution of industry ,becomes the main origin of pollution in Chinese countryside. How to deal with the pig waste is been taken into attention by everyone.Now, there are three main methods to deal with the waste of pigs breeding in south of Chinese countryside: building Biogas tank, returning to arable land ,letting directly to external environment. The two latter cause environment become serious, and even more worsen in the future. Therefore the research on differences of the pig raising households' behavior and the decision-making influencing factor is vital practical significance regarding the solution of pig farming pollution.On the foundation of investigation data of pig raising households in JiangSu province, utilizing the theory and method of Agricultural Economics, Econometrics and Hyology on the base of descriptive statistics of the pig raising households, this article studies the differences between scale pig raising households and scattering pig raising households.In order to analyze the influenced factors for pig raising household to choose Biogas technology, this article uses Binary Logistic Model to analyze scale pig raising households. The final result shows that:(1) Based on the nutrient balance theory of Truog, the pollution started in 1990 in JiangSu Province, the surplus nitrogen weight approximately is 1248.7 thousand tons at present. Because pollution of pig raising displays more directly, so it must be handled effectively.(2) At present, on the aspect of environment pollution disposal among Jiangsu Province's pig raising households, 52.12 percent of them choose returning to arable land, and 22.36 percent of them choose letting directly to external environment and 21.52 percent of them choose other disposal methods including biogas technology.(3) There are big differences between scattering and scale pig raising households on disposal technology choice of pig dung and urine. Scattering pig raising households prefer to returning to arable land, while scale pig raising households tend to choose biogas technology and letting directly to external environment.(4) To scale pig raising households, government subsidy, cognition degree on pig-raising pollution, attitude on controllability on pollution, raising scale and education standard, particularly government subsidy play the positive influence in their choice of biogas technology.Finally, according to the above analysis result and local situation, this article proposed some strategic suggestions for scale pig raising households and scattering pig raising households separately.
