Study On Ecological Environment Assessment Of Land Consolidation

Party Plenum clearly indicate that building a new socialist countryside as the most important and historic task China's of "Eleventh Five-Year" period.So we need to strengthen the work of land development and consolidation which is to solve "Three Rural Issues" specific measures,but also to build a harmonious society,industrial anti-added agriculture,promote the coordinated development of society specific initiatives.Land consolidation process is on the existing land use pattern changes which will definitely affect the stability of land ecosystem.Land consolidation incorrectly will damage the ecosystem,reduce the productive capacity of land and affect the sustainable use of land resources.In this context,the land consolidation of environmental impact assessment on the ecological theory and empirical research has great scientific value and practical significance.Based on the eco-environmental impact assessment theory and methods in ecological environmental impact analysis,and the environmental impact factor to conduct a comprehensive identification,set up a index system of the environmental impact assessment,and a quantitative method of evaluation,standardization method of weighting methods and comprehensive evaluation to determine the method of systematic analysis.Finally,we combined with the case of Study on Laitan Town,Hechuan District in ChongQing,according to the results of the evaluation,combined with the content of land consolidation projects practical design options and the corresponding preventive measures which will effectively reduce the adverse environmental impacts to the minimum.The results show that the study of land consolidation project can reduce adverse environmental impact prediction and assessment and improper implementation of project planning and design.In general,the paper is divided into five parts:The first part,the exordium of the paper introduced the research background,purpose, significance,object content,method and skill route. The second part,the theory of the paper based on the concept and connotation of the sustainable land consolidation and the ecological security.We analyze the factors of the impact of sustainable land consolidation,and outline the environment assessment of ecological theory.The third part,the matrix of Ecological Environment Assessment based on sustainable Land Consolidation.United Nations Department for Economic Co-operation Development(OECD) raised the pressure-state-response(P-S-R) framework,and then analyzed matrix analysis to compare the environmental impact of various factors on the ecological environment,selected influential factor as evaluation indicators,and then use the AHP to determine the weights of the ecological impact on the ecological environment,used single-factor index method to determine the index of the final composite index method,finally used a comprehensive evaluation of land consolidation in order to set up eco-environmental impact assessment model,build a theory and semi-empirical mathematical model and empirical analysis.The fourth part,the empirical research based on the study of land consolidation in Laitan Town,Hechuan District,and then put forward ecological compensation measures.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study and discussion.
