| With the development of science and technology,many fabrics have been studied in the past few years.Hollow polyester fiber has been widely used mainly in the fur,toys and the sofa as filler,some fine hollow yam has also been used to weave sportswear,underwear and so on,but the application is very rare and weaving tents base cloth with hollow polyester filament has just begun.At present,the raw materials for most of the tents base cloth are polyester and nylon, and their performance are mainly improved through the density of fabric,the structure of the fabric,finishing and so on,but it is little to make tents base cloth with new materials. The extensive use of the hollow polyester staple fiber reminds us of the hollow polyester filament,so we manufacture a kind of filament which has not only the same good mechanical property of the routine polyester filament,but also a high level of thermal property,then the tents base cloth made by hollow polyester filament will be able to better meet the demands of the special climate conditions.Although the thesis is mainly about the tents base cloth with hollow polyester filament, but in order to make the hollow polyester filament has more extensional use in the future, we choice 1100 dtex(1000 Dan) and 556dtex(500 Dan) industrial polyester filament as a study goal.There is no report of the tents base cloth made by 1100dtex and 556dtex high-strength industrial hollow polyester filament at home and abroad now,although Yizheng Chemical Fiber Company has been able to produce hollow polyester filament,but its strength can not meet the demands of industrial filament.Therefore through the designing of the special spinning plate and the studying of the spinning technology,we study the main factors of impacting the high-speed spinning hollow polyester filament,discuss the principles of designing the special spinning plate and expound the manufacture process and key technologies of hollow polyester filament. The tests prove that when spinning speed is 3400m/min,spinning melt temperature is between 285-310℃,the filament can meet the demands of latter weaving process.This stage was going in Zhejiang Hailide new materials Co.,Ltd.After the production of hollow filament,we tested their performance respectively and then weaving the tabby cloth with the hollow polyester filament and the routine polyester filament respectively on the rapier loom and then testing and analyzing the fabrics' tensile performance,tear performance and thermal property.The results prove that the thermal property of the hollow polyester fabric is much better than the routine polyester fabric,but its tensile strength,tear strength is not as good as the routine polyester fabric,but it is still totally available to weave the tents base cloth because of its high strength.At the last,we point out some disadvantage of the thesis and put forward some proposals for the future study. |
