Ethylene producing and separation unit is the typical large-scale continuous chemical production plant,its process program is complex and frequent malfunction.How to realize the strict on-line dynamic simulation of the process,obtain the simulation data close to the produce reality,then guide for production effectively,it has great realistic meaning.Research subject of this paper is proposed based on the background of above.According to complex,variable working condition in ethylene producing,the following subjects are emphatically studied based on the analyze of ethylene producing:1.On-line transmission of real-time data.Real-time data collection is the basement of on-line dynamic simulation,Acquisition of DCS real-time data is the key technology in the platform.Because the upper application of the platform has a strong dependence to the real-time data,data communication is one of the research emphases.Based on the research of traditional data communication,real-time data acquisition by OPC technology is proposed. OPC is the general international standards.It has so many Excellent characteristics such as large quantity of data transmission,high speed,high stability,data safety that will meet the demands of upper application program completely.2.Dynamic simulation and steady state simulation are combined dynamic simulation technique based on the self-adaptation is researched.Model parameters in chemical process are always changing as the production process.How to compare,analyze and calculate by using DCS real-time data and dynamic simulation data adjust the model parameters real-timely to ensure the accuracy of real-time monitoring,it is the research emphasis.3.Based on the complicated variable chemical process,we developed adaptive process monitoring system and fault diagnosis system.In this paper the chemical process and machine learning are studied in detail.Then we would get the classification rule and realize the adaptive learning of knowledge.And the effect is very good on the chemical process fault diagnosis.Real-time management to the producing plant is realized by the research of on-line dynamic simulation and application.And it finished the real-time management on the device production.The management level and economic benefit are increased by the fine management on production.The digital factory has been applied in some chemical enterprise successfully. And it brought very good benefit for the enterprise management.
