In recent years, with the development of computer technology, the advantages of digital printing technology such as low labor input, high flexibility, and low pollution have gradually become prominent. However, the current mainstream multi-pass digital textile printer's production speed is less than the traditional printer's,which results in a low penetration rate in actual production applications. The performance of data processing system in the multi-pass digital printing device mainly depends on he efficiency of image matrix transpose, which will be improved by implementing matrix transpose. Therefore, this thesis presents a high-speed multi-pass digital textile printing machine data real-time processing system. The system is based on Hi Silicon Hi3536processor and Xilinx Artix-7 FPGA.The processor receives and decompresses the bit-matrix image data from the host computer through Gigabit Ethernet, and forwards the image data to the FPGA through PCIe bus;the FPGA transposed the image and control the print nozzles to print synchronously. The efficiency of image transposition operation is improved by combining row in column out strategy,not-in-place strategy and partition strategy. Finally, the system realizes high-speed digital printing. In addition, the system expands RS-232,RS-485 and I2C interfaces for interaction with peripheral devices. The test shows that the data processing system has excellent stability and reliability. The data processing bandwidth of the system can reach up to 1775Mb/s.The system has achieved an average production speed of 710m~2/h in 4-color and 600dpi resolution.
