Staple fiber - rubber composite (SFRC) material has good performance.By adding short fibers in the rubber mixing process, and making short fiber appropriate orientation in the extrusion process can significantly reduce tread tear and anti-collapsing block increased spending.It also helps the tire light, traffic noise, improve the overall tire rigidity and improve handling balance, comfort and wear resistance. Short fiber reinforced rubber tire rubber is to realize high-performance line of one of the main technical.The key technology is that the staple in the tread rubber making in appropriate orientation.The main tasks of this topic is to develop a new type of extrusion die ,which aimed at achieving short-fiber-reinforced tread compound for extrusion and to make staple fiber in the extrusion process of rubber in the tread of the radial orientation. In this paper, basis of the mechanism the short fibers in the tread of the radial extrusion process-oriented,using extrusion expansion theory, propose the radial orientation of short fiber model of extrusion die. And design a staple in the tread rubber in the radial direction of the extrusion head.The key work performed in this paper and the main achievements made are as follows:1,Refer to the large domestic short fiber reinforced composites related literature and patents. On the basis of these data puts forward a new kind of extruder with flow structure by the theoretical guidance.2,Establishing the theoretical model of radial orientation of short fibers. Designing a short fiber orientation of the radial head structure, draw blueprint and finish machining.3,Using finite element analysis software ADINA for short fiber composites in the design of the helicopter to simulate the process. Focuses on analyzing the helicopter to melt flow parameters change and process of pressure and velocity field, to study with short sicing material parameters on the effect of fiber radial orientation,and guiding the design.4,Designing a series of experiments. Through the analysis of experimental data, and the finite element software analysis results coincide. It explains the design of the helicopter.
