Copper,lead and zinc are ten kinds of common non-ferrous metals.In recent years, the expanding smelting scale of domestic companies leads to a serious shortage of domestic mineral resources,of which the utilize of the refractory and low-poor category becomes more and more important.Polymetallic sulfide minerals are embedded fine mine. The traditional method in choosing and smelting is difficult to isolate the copper,lead, zinc and other valuable metals economically.This paper introduces the chemical metallurgical methods to do the research of the separation of divalent metal elements in polymetallic sulfide minerals.On the basis of the exploratory experiment research,the choice of roasting,leaching, extraction and other methods achieve the effective separation of copper,zinc and lead from the polymetallic sulfide minerals.On the basis of the studies in the literature,this paper analyzes the impact of roasting temperature on the recovery of the valuable metals mineral elements.The conditions of the roasting experiment are selected as follows:the roasting temperature is 750℃,the time is 6 hours and the particle size is 100 head.This paper theoretically and basically analyzes the thermodynamics and kinetics in the acid leaching of the calcine process.The process by leaching sulfuric acid concentration,leaching temperature,leaching time and liquid-solid ratio effects the leaching.Though this experiment,the best acid leaching conditions can be found as follows:liquid-solid ratio is 3:1,the concentration of sulfuric acid is 80g/L,the reaction time is 1.5h,the temperature is 80℃.The leaching rate of copper and zinc is in more than 80%. The experiments also examined the acid leaching solution of the extraction of copper recovery process,which selects N902 as copper extractant,sulfonated kerosene as diluent. This experiment investigates the impact of the extractant concentration,temperature pH, and extraction time on the extraction rate.Then get the conclusion that the reasonable conditions of extracting copper with the N902 can be carried out as follows:the extractant concentration is 20%,the temperature is the normal temperature,ph should be below 2.5, (O/A)is 1:2,and extraction mixing-time is less than 1minute,the copper's extraction rate comes up to 97%and the zinc's extraction rate is neglectable.Stripping solution is oil of vitriol and iron is available by selective stripping.So the separation of copper from other metals was realized.In addition,the sulfide precipitation separation experiments of copper,zinc separation of copper,zinc and iron have been tried,copper concentrate and zinc concentrate were attained also.The initial experiments recycling of lead lay the foundation of the further use of such mineral.This experimental study also develops a certain reference value on the comprehensive utilization of the same type ore. |
