The polymetallic ores in China is complicated,low quality and difficult to separate,part of the associated sulfide ore resources erosion is serious.With the increasing depletion of resources,more and more people pay attention to comprehensive recycling of polymetallic sulfide ore.Separation of polymetallic sulfide ore is a difficult problem in mineral processing.In this thesis,the separation of roughing sulfide ore separated from tungsten mines in Jiangxi was studied.Results of single mineral flotation tests show that:the change of pH of little effects on the flotability of the molybdenite and chalcopyrite,but significantly effects on the flotability of the sphalerite,the collector YC has better selectivity and stronger ability for collecting molybdenite,three types of collector butyl xanthate,Z-200,the PlQ-1 and depressor show butyl xanthate has stronger collecting ability,poor selectivity and can be used as mixed flotation collector,Na2S is adopted as depressor in the flotation separation of molybdenum from copper sulfide minerals,ZnSO4&Na2SO3 is adopted as depressor in the flotation separation of chalcopyrite from sphalerite sulfide minerals,but due to the activation of Cu2+,the dosage of depressor should be increased.The process mineralogy on the ores were studied,the ores by adopting bulk flotation for cooper and molybdenum-concentrate regrinding-separation of copper and molybdenum-tailing bulk flotation for zinc-magnetic separation of flotation tailings,test determined to adopt YC+butyl xanthate as collector of bulk roughing,lime as pH regulator and depressor of pyrite,ZnSO4&Na2SO3 as a composite depressor of sphalerite,Na2S as depressor of copper-molybdenum separation,YC as collector of copper-molybdenum separation;copper sulfate as activator of sphalerite,butyl xanthate as collector of sphalerite;recovery of magnetite by magnetic separation from flotation tailings was investigated.Finally,molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 46.247%,molybdenum recovery of 59.72%,copper grade of 2.88%,zinc grade of 1.12%,copper concentrate with copper grade of23.58%,copper recovery of 94.19%,molybdenum grade of 0.114%,zinc grade of2.38%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 45.95%,zinc recovery of 60.53%,copper grade of 5.32%and iron concentrate with iron grade of 63.58%,iron recovery of24.70%were obtained.The mechanism between the agent and mineral was researched by flotation solution chemical calculation,test of absorption measurement,Zeta potential and IR spectra.The conclusion of study were as follows:Both chemical adsorption and physical adsorption of butyl xanthate were occurred on surface of chalcopyrite while only faint chemical adsorption was occurred on surface of sphalerite;the inhibition mechanism to chalcopyrite was that xanthate which was on the surface of chalcopyrite was desorbed by HS-,and there existed competitive adsorption between HS-and X-on the surface of chalcopyrite.There were two effects to use combined depressants of ZnSO4&Na2SO3 in the alkaline pulp,one is SO32-has strong complexation and stabilization with Cu2+,thereby removing the floatation activation ion,on the other hand,Zn?OH?2,Zn?OH?2?s?,ZnCO3·2Zn?OH?2,ZnO22-Zn?SO3?are generated by hydrolysis of Zn2+and adsorbed on the surface of sphalerite make mineral hydrophilic.
