With the development of technology and improvement of production process,the characteristics of production equipment of modern steel enterprises are rapid production rate and high automatic production serialization.For example,in the thickness control for rolling mill,steel—strap deviation control,casting roller control in plate rolling mill,electrode control in vacuum arc furnace,the Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve and AGC Hydraulic Cylinder are key elements in normal operation of the system and good quality of the production.At the same time,the working environment of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve and AGC Hydraulic Cylinder is high temperature and dusty,so the failure rate of the system is high.The cost of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve and AGC Hydraulic Cylinder is very expensive,so once the failure is happened, how to make fault diagnosis and performance inspection rapidly,accurately and credibly is the important matters for every enterprises.Accordingly,the dynamic and static performance testing of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve and AGC Hydraulic Cylinder is the must for normal production in steel enterprises.Bao Steel is the leading ones of domestic steel enterprises with the advanced level of its equipment at home and abroad.The Hydraulic Servo System is the important part in its 2050 hot rolling,1580 hot rolling,1880 hot rolling,1420 cold rolling,1550 cold rolling,1880 cold rolling,No.2 Steelmaking production lines.The author's company is adjacent Bao Steel and undertakes the repair and testing of its spare parts for many years,so the means and requirement of testing need constant renovation.So the company decided to made upgrade and transform of the hydraulic lab and extended the testing items to meet the requirements of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve and AGC Hydraulic Cylinder's repair for Bao Steel and other steel enterprises.The test system after transformation is based on the advanced science and technology production of hydraulic testing methods and the author have made every effort to work out the optimized design,simple fabrication,easy implement and efficiency improved equipment of the test system.Use the technology and equipment to realize the fully automatic in the whole testing process of every kind of specimen,i.e.without human participation,the program control,supervision of process,the collection,arrangement and analysis of data and the digitally shown,printed,planed graphic curves of the testing result and stored as information automatically,provide the needed test report rapidly and exactly.In the measuring chain,the computer is not only used as the "director" i.e.control the whole testing process according to the compiled program but also is one part of the test equipment which will analysis,arrange,calculate the testing data to minimize the error caused by human and achieve the simple test,exact result,convenient operation and steady run.At last,provide the testing result that accorded with requirement.In the process,the full consideration is to oil liquid cleanliness control,measurement and control of pressure,flux and oil temperature,the choice of apparatus,meters and sensors,electric meter calibrating instruments and computer's communication interface,load effect,impedance matching,channel interference and power voltage precision etc.The SV and AGC test-beds have strong technical advantages with the same test-beds in domestic and abroad.
