As the key equipment of the electro-hydraulic control system,the electro-hydraulic controller of the hydraulic support controls all the support movement and data communication in the fully mechanized mining face.The quality of the application software of the electro-hydraulic controller is directly related to the production efficiency and safety of the coal mine.Therefore,the detection of the application software quality of the electro-hydraulic controller of the hydraulic support is particularly important.However,the existing test methods of scaffold controller application software have some shortcomings,such as low test efficiency,high cost,inability to collect and record test results by oneself,and inability to evaluate the field adaptability of application software.In this thesis,with the support of the energy independent innovation project and the youth fund project of the Coal Science Research Institute,the SAC support controller application software is taken as the research object,and the ground test system of the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controller is designed and implemented.Firstly,according to the test requirements of support controller application software in fully mechanized mining face,combined with the working principle and external structure of support controller,the overall design scheme of the ground test system is formulated;Secondly,the hardware of the ground test system is designed in detail,the function of external interface of scaffold controller is divided into modules,high performance LPC2X series controllers are selected,data acquisition and conversion circuits of three types of sensor input interface are designed,signal acquisition and isolation circuits of 42 driving circuits of scaffold controller are designed,communication circuits between hardware device and host computer and communication circuits between hardware device and scaffold controller of the system under test are designed,the embedded software based on the operating system of ?C/OS-? is developed for hardware circuit;Then the upper computer software of the system is developed,with Microsoft.Net as the development platform,C#as the programming language and SQLite as the database development tool,test case management,data transmission and data acquisition,function configuration of external interface of support controller,collection,management and download of sensor data during the operation of hydraulic support in actual fully mechanized mining face,and automatic collection,judgment and detection data are realized with modular design concept.It has the functions of test report and so on;Finally,Modularized debugging and overall debugging of the system were carried out,taking the automatic lifting action of hydraulic support as an example,whether the support controller would control the support to perform related actions according to the logical norms of support operation in coal industry under different working conditions was tested.This system can automatically,accurately and efficiently detect the quality of support controller application software,so that support controller can effectively control and ensure the safe and efficient operation of hydraulic support in underground.
