Molybdenum will play an increasingly important role in industrial development as an important strategic material in the twenty-first century.Molybdenum has become one of the raw materials indispensable to the development of modern high-tech,which is widely used in metallurgy,machinery,energy,chemical,defense,aerospace,aviation,electronics and other fields.Proved reserves of molybdenum ore in China are numerous,but most deposits are low-grade.The rich Mine(average grade0.2%~0.3%)of the reserve deposit account for 4% of total reserves,and the grade of richer than 0.3%of the reserves account for only 1%of total reserves.Main ore elements in Mo spilite is molybdenum,and ore-feed grade is 0.13%-0.18%, higher harmful elements include copper,lead,their concentration in the distribution of ore samples is 0.097%and 0.16%.In view of the subject's research direction,the subject study contains the mine process,ore mineralogy and optional pilot.Through chemical analysis, phase analysis,process mineralogy studies,identified the main mineral composition and content,ore types and characteristics of structure,molybdenum minerals embedded fabric characteristics and symbiotic relationship,provides the information basis and theoretical basis for the smooth conduct in the sorting process.Determine a reasonable process to the spilite type of ore,not only develop principle of ensuring the recovery at the same time,but also to the feasibility and economic reasonableness for molybdenum-based ore.In addition to keeping as much as possible in the coarse grinding conditions,and as soon as possible for the tailings left,and formulate a reasonable separation process to obtain better products form the concentrate,a further study has been kept.Since the type spilite molybdenum in molybdenite was fine mica sheet and the distribution of minerals close together(less than 0.04mm size fraction accounted for 79.88%),coarse grinding fineness of the election as the ultimate head to -200 mesh 90%,which can make molybdenite completely dissociated with mica.The use of" floating stage grinding " process to ensure that the recovery rate of the molybdenum concentrate,the ore-dressing was a better indicator:molybdenum concentrate grade of 43.64%,the recovery rate 75.57%,the determined principle of process technology is the three grinding and nine selected.The topic study carried out for the molybdenum flotation research,also carried out research on the mine,itis a representative of great significance in the same type of molybdenum ore.The completion of the subject,could speed up our country development of the same pace and utilization of molybdenum,so that determine the type of molybdenum' s using and new technologies,new processes of their utilization. It's a effective separation and election,also a economic feasibility way of separation to the others.
