Research Of Panel Furniture Accuracy Assembly

By means of orthogonal experiment,the research and analysis of orthogonal data were focused on the factors which might have effects on assembly accuracy of panel-cabinet furniture.The factors which have greater influence on assembly accuracy were confirmed,and the collocation of factor level for processing panel-cabinet furniture of high assembly accuracy were concluded subsequently. According to the data analysis of variance,the specific influence degree of each factor were determined respectively,which providing a theoretical direction and basis for panel furniture enterprises to improve product assembly accuracy.The experiment conclusion indicates that the unification grade of product design reference, components machining benchmark and parts assembly benchmark,parts dimensional accuracy, connectors' quality had greater influences on product assembly accuracy.Mode of parts structure connection,board edge treatment and the interaction of parts dimensional accuracy and the unification grade of parts assembly benchmark and the technological reference had impacts on product assembly accuracy.Other factors could be neglected as their lower impacts on product assembly accuracy.Combined with the experiment results,this paper summarized the design method and processing management measures for improving assembly accuracy of panel cabinet furniture,which offering certain guiding significance and reference value for the manufacturing of furniture enterprises.
