With the increasing demands of processing quality, machine tool feed system should not only meet the accuracy requirements, but also keep good accuracy. This paper focused on accuracy analysis and accuracy reliability modeling of machine tool feed system, providing theoretical and data support for accuracy reliability assess and design of the equipmentFirstly, the double driving and rolling bearing linear feed system static accuracy model was established, and its dynamic accuracy was analyzed. Based on the principle of multi-body kinematics, thinking of typical manufacturing and installation errors at various components, through the establishment of a matrix transform, the feed system static error model was established, and the composition of the work table output parameter static error was identified. Through ADAMS and ANSYS, the simulation results gave the main reason generating the feeding system dynamic error and the relationship between loads and the work table output parameter dynamic error.Secondly, the process of bearing static accuracy degradation was studied. From two aspects the bearing preload relaxation and installation misalignment gradation degree, bearing vibration signal was collected in the experiment. After analysis of statistical characteristics in the signal, characteristic parameters were got to reflect accuracy degradation. Above all, the feed system accuracy degradation process was reached.Finally, according to the malfunction probability model of the system, based on the index movement distance, the modeling method of the linear feeding system accuracy reliability was reached. Through the linear feed system of MCH63 machining center, by laser interferometer, a test bench was built, to measure straightness errors. By using different probability model for the distribution of the collected error data, the degeneration form of accuracy was verified.
