| With the development of Chinese electric industry vigorously, the nitrogen oxide pollution from power plants has increased seriously. Because of the high denitration efficiency and reliability service, the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technique for flue gas denitration has been employed widely and successfully in world power plants at present. In this paper, the numerical simulations have been conducted for two SCR programmes by means of FLUENT commercial software, combining with a renovation project for a coal-fired power plant power plant in North China. By all-round research of SCR, three-way model has been established and numerical modeling of SCR has been decided, flue pipe,reactor,ammonia injection system and catalyst zone have been simulated and computed. According to the simulation results, guide plates and ammonia injection have been adjusted and arranged constantly, then the satisfactory result has been obtained. Moreover, by analyzing and contrasting the two schemes simulation results, the reference basis for design of the SCR system has been suggested. |
