The study on horizontal vibrating centrifuge is very deep in the foreign country currently. And the mass of the research work mainly concentrate in the vibration system, such as the structure of the vibration system, the structure and stiffness of the springs and so on. Based on the large quantities of research, the working performance of importing centrifuges is much better than that of home equipments. And the vibration system of importing centrifuge is double-body vibrating system.The study and design of local double-body horizontal vibrating centrifuge (abbreviated as WLL-type centrifuge) just begin. And the structure of the machines is designed mostly according to foreign model. The data and documentations relative to theoretical research and digitized design on Double-Body vibrating system of horizontal vibrating centrifuge are seldom seen.In this paper, the vibrating principle, digitized design and FEA dynamic analysis of horizontal vibrating centrifuge is done by the knowledge of vibration theory, digitized design and FEA method, and the research work and its results is as the following:Firstly, with the existing WZY-type horizontal vibrating centrifuge as the foundation, the dynamic model of the WZY-type centrifuge and of the WLL-type centrifuge are built respectively. And their vibration theories are studied systematically and deeply. According to the working conditions of the WLL-type centrifuge, its dynamic parameters, such as ratio of dampingζratio of massμ, ratio of stiffnessρand so on, are determined.Secondly, the 3D model of WLL1500-type centrifuge is built with the 3D design software Pro/Engineer. In the 3D model, the ratio of massμis 2.87:1. Then by the interference analysis, the 3D model is proved to be reasonable in the structure designing.Lastly, the 3D model of the centrifuge is exported to the FEA software Algor and is analyzed dynamically by the finite element method. Accordingly, the reasonable dynamic parameters of the double-body horizontal vibrating centrifuge are gotten, which offers theoretical basis to the design and manufacture of advanced centrifuge in the future.
